  • We offer free delivery on all UK orders and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. 
  • Our main delivery chain is Royal Mail, who have been serving the community for many years. We can use special services on individual request. 
  • All our packets are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging and can reduce delays in delivery even if you are not at home.  
  • We try to ship our items as soon as possible, but there can be delays from the third-party deliveries which are non-avoidable. Please email us of non-receipt of the product within 7 days and we will try to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
