We make sure that you love our products. In case, if you change your mind after purchase, we are here to help! 

Please return your item, within 30 days of the purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept opened or tampered products due to hygiene and safety reasons.  

For return we need the proof of the purchase.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

Once item is returned and received on our end, we will provide refund. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exchange Requirements

 

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

 

The product is defective.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The product must be unused.

To ensure these criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

 

Proof of Purchase

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Without this proof, we will not process an exchange.

 

Sale and Clearance Items

 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.

 

Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what is reasonable for inspection, we may reject the exchange.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR A (nutraviva.co.uk?

If you do not live near an (nutraviva.co.uk) location, the items you purchased in-store can be returned through the mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps. below:

Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, an (nutraviva.co.uk) gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return.

Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return

Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
